I have learned from my husband that his second car loan was decline for the reason that his previous car loan has a record of delinquent payment.

Although it is quite correct, it is not the reason to be declined because of the fact that it is already paid. It is a good idea for me to spend my money for my own this time. It has been a routine for me that every payday, my salary goes to the monthly electric,water and telephone bills.

My brother had brought a new car a few ago.
