How Culture and Entrepreneurship Fit

A requisite for personality is that certain traits or reaction to events must be conditioned by long periods of exposure. It is, therefore, very difficult for a person lacking the personality requirements for entrepreneurship to have it at short notice.

If a future entrepreneur develops the required personality traits before adulthood, so much the better. Otherwise, he will have to be exposed to a rigorous behavior modification scheme to catch u with lost time. Different cultures heavily affects the personality traits of individuals. Among these cultures, there must be one that will fit the right background for developing entrepreneurial personalities.

Studying can be necessary and Intentional

From birth to death, every person learns something as day passes by from their everyday life. Learning is a never-ending process, for we can never acquire full knowledge in our lifetime. But the orderly and meaningful acquisition of correct knowledge is what counts. It is what makes us function properly, alone or with others. It is what harmonizes us with the laws of nature and with other people. It is what directs our careers, enables us to understand events around us, keeps us healthy, helps us make decisions and leads us to enjoy life as fully as possible. This kind of knowledge is obtained consciously or intentionally, not accidentally. It follows a concrete purpose and with a definite method, rather than an aimless use of energy. It involves an entire formal learning community-the school-and assumes responsibility to society. It is called studying.
